What, you thought only the prince was cool enough to get flashback scenes?

When the time comes I can never think of anything to say here. Um, as you might know I've been trying to redesign this site. I had grand ambitions of learning css and having a sleek layout and super-cool menus and things. Yeah, that's not working out so well; I'll probably end up just doing it in regular caveman html after all. I keep thinking there must be some better way of organizing the fanworks though.

That's all I guess. Thanks for reading. Next page sometime next week I hope.

Ack! Tell me about it... CSS is the devil's plaything. I finally gave up and used WordPress for Tangents rather than figure out how to recode things in CSS.

There is a program called ComicPress, which works on the same basic framework as WordPress, from what I understand. You might consider looking into that and then choosing the sub-design in CP that works best for you.

Caveman HTML all the way. Amusingly enough, I built my website to the Geico Cavemen show w/ Caveman HTML. ;P

Personally I prefer straight up HTML to anything fancy like fading shit or menus that pop up when you hover over a link. I HATE THAT SO MUCH. And everyone's doing it. My computer is finicky enough as it is. With all these fancy pants websites coming out with their "Flash" and their "Hover menus" my computer keeps trying to commit suicide.

Just think of your site and its HTML as having "Old World" Charm, like the old world of your comic~

The writing is especially clever these days. I let the last several updates build up before checking back today, and reading them reminded me of the thrill of discovering this comic for the first time long ago. It just keeps getting better and better. Thanks! --HABE (sorry, no LJ account)

NononoNONONONONO!! I love the site the way it looks now, it's one of the most beautiful sites I've ever seen! I'm so sick of every site I have selling out to fancy css things nowadays, especially since a lot of the time it just means my computer can't read it for some reason and I can't visit their site anymore. >_< It's horrible. No. No. People should go back to html the way they were six years ago. THAT WAS WHEN THE INTERNET WAS COOL, DAMMIT.

. . . Wow, I dropped from "sprightly young'un" into "old geezer" in about a run-on and fragments there.

THE POINT IS I love your site and you shouldn't bother to redesign it. :< Redirect your efforts to more enjoyable and rewarding pasttimes. :D
